Haley and Casey’s What May Have Been Room 5 Farewell Show

Haley and Casey played yet another amazing show last night at the Room 5 Lounge in Hollywood, for what could be the last time. (Let’s hope not). Room 5 is such an awesome intimate venue that Haley & Casey have played quite a few gigs at now. The place has new owners, and they are not sure if they’re going to keep the music venue alive. If you haven’t already, please sign this petition to help show the new owners that so many people love this place and it would be such a shame to lose it forever!

On a brighter note, yet again we got one hell of a show to witness at Room 5 last night! Jackie Tohn went on at 10pm before Haley and Casey. Jackie is a former American Idol contestant as well. She is HILARIOUS and played some awesome covers and originals. Also, she might be just as big of a “Caley” fan as we are! She wouldn’t stop talking how amazing they are, and that it’s stupid how in love with them she is. (Us too Jackie, us too). One song Jackie chose to sing last night was Carole King’s “Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow”, in which she asked Casey and Haley to help her out on. Check it out!

Haley and Casey’s set finally started at 11pm (Not to mention, I had been there since 6pm to get a good seat, which was totally 100% worth it.) Their setlist consisted of:

L-O-V-E

Stuck In London Better

Dry Spell Hit The Road Jack

Never Knew What Love Could Do (New song Haley & Casey wrote together!)

Love Is Worth Fighting For (NEW HALEY SONG!)

Show Me Your Moves

Happy Birthday (To Jackie, a Halien, and Michael Jackson)

You Were There

The Way You Make Me Feel

With A Little Help From My Friends

YES! Haley debuted a new song of hers last night that she recently has written. It is so powerful and you can tell that she poured her heart and soul into it when she was writing it. Do yourself a favor and listen!

LASTLY, they closed out the show with a new Beatles cover of theirs, “With A Little Help From My Friends”, and in that moment, Haley and Casey slayed us all.

We hope that this isn’t the last time we see Haley & Casey at Room 5. Some of their best performances I’ve ever seen all come from this venue alone. Again, please sign the petition if you haven’t already and spread the word around. The rest of my videos from last night are on this playlist here! Enjoy!

Haliens Receive Autographed Pictures In The Mail

Another perk from Haley’s Indiegogo campaign has been fulfilled!

Fans who donated to receive the $40 autographed picture perk have started receiving their pictures in the mail this past Saturday. Haliens who reside in the Chicago area got theirs first, which leads us to believe that Haley got some help from back home to mail them out! Now today, fans from the east and west coast have started to receive theirs as well. If you haven’t gotten yours yet, be sure to check your mailbox soon!

The pictures that were selected by Haley to sign were shots from her Show Me Your Moves music video shoot! So far we’ve seen two different pictures. Can’t wait to frame mine!

Haley, Casey, & Jackie Tohn Show At Room 5 August 29th

Our favorite duo is returning to their favorite little intimate venue, the Room 5 Lounge in Hollywood, California on Friday August 29th 2014. Also joining Haley and Casey is Jackie Tohn, who was a top 24 finalist on American Idol Season 8.

Haley and Casey both have promoted this show on their social networking sites. When these two team up, it’s always magic! It sometimes make you wonder if they were meant to be a duo permanently! (I love them solo just as much, though).

So, if you are in or around the LA area, try not to miss this show! Haley and Casey played at the same venue last June along with Mark Ballas and Dylan Chambers and it was a packed house! It will be interesting to see how this show goes, now that Jackie Tohn is also going to be joining them.

They go on at 10pm! Tickets are $15 at the door, or you can purchase them online at Room 5’s website here!

Haley Jams With Her Family Back Home

Haley has been visiting back home with her family this past week or so. Haley’s mom Patti is celebrating her 60th birthday! Fans of the Reinhart’s band “Midnight”, plus family and friends gathered at the PS Pub for their annual luau where Midnight was playing.

To add to the fun, the family played a few songs together! Haley sang “I Hear You Knocking”, “Wasted Tears” (with some backup vocals from her mom and sister Angie), “Piece of My Heart”, “Son of a Preacher Man”, and even sang “Blurred Lines” with the band! And of course they sang Happy Birthday to Patti, in Beatles fashion. It was a treat for fans who were there to celebrate with the Reinhart family.

It is always nice to see Haley back home having fun with her family doing what they do best!

Haliens in attendance kindly provided us with some pictures and videos from the event. Enjoy!

New Haley Music In Collaboration With The Human Experience

Haley recently has collaborated with producer/composer/multi-instrumentalist David Block. “The Human Experience” is David Block’s principal project as a live electronic composer, multi-instrumentalist, producer. Listeners experience a delicious symphonic blend of prismatic soundscapes and sultry beats.

“David is constantly pushing the boundaries of live electronic music. Playing, composing, and conducting his own electronic symphony live on stage, his performances are brimming and layered with human emotion, world exploration, and sacred sounds. Whether performing by himself, or with a live band, “The Human Experience” always delivers an emotionally charged show.” according to his biography on his website.

Haley and David recently debuted their new music together at a few shows in Colorado, South Carolina, and most recently, Los Angeles. The show in LA was back in July, and just recently a few videos from the event have surfaced on YouTube.

Check out some of Haley’s new material with David Block for The Human Experience! It’s a different sound, but very cool stuff!

“Jazz In My Bones”

“Southside”

David Block has expressed on his Facebook page that they will be in the studio, recording their new material so they could put it out there for all of us to buy soon. This is awesome news for us Haley fans! David seems to really love and appreciate Haley’s voice, and he has done nothing but talk so highly about her. Also, after “Show Me Your Moves” premiered, David was defending Haley against the hate she received for the song and music video. It’s nice to see that he has her back!

Can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us!

Haley Receives Epic Card Full Of Love

Hooray! The “Show Me Your Moves” music video is finally here!

I wanted to find a way to show Haley how much all of her fans truly love the single and music video, and I thought to myself, make a giant congratulations card! Turns out that’s a lot easier said than done. But, I was up for the challenge anyways because I wanted to create something really special for Haley to receive just a few days after the video was released. I reached out to Haliens from all over, even Haley’s friends and family, and I was able to get over 80 different messages and pictures to put into this card.

The work was a whole lot more than I had originally thought out! I spent the week making multiple runs to Michael’s for different art supplies. I probably spent over 15 hours total working on this. But I couldn’t be more proud of what I was able to create!

I was able to give the card to Haley yesterday night, at the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood at her show. At first, we opened the card up and Haley says, “What is it?!” (A little overwhelming, I am sure). I then pointed out messages from her parents, her sister, friends, fellow Idol family, and tons of fans from all over. Haley was shocked at how I managed to get all of these people to send in their messages and put it all together on one giant card. She said that she loved it so much and could not wait to read everything later, and possibly cry. Don’t cry Haley!

I wanted to take the time to thank everyone who contributed to the card, I couldn’t have made it as awesome without you. And a special thank you to the fellow Haliens who genuinely wanted to pitch in and help me offset the costs of everything it took to make it. I appreciate it so  much.

Here’s a short video of me giving Haley the card, enjoy!

Today, Haley posted these to Twitter:
