New Song “Leading To One” Featuring Haley Reinhart

Check out this new song that Haley is featured on from the new “AMD” album!

The AMD Band is a two-piece eclectic rock group from Chicago, Illinois. They are street performers who seem to have a good following of fans, and are known as “Chicago’s best street performers”. You can find a few videos of them performing on YouTube. I’m not sure how this collaboration came around, but back in November of 2013 Haley was tagged in a picture on Instagram of her in the studio, the day she recorded the song for their album.

The song Haley is featured on is titled “Leading To One”. AMD Band just had their album release party at the House of Blues in Chicago on July 3rd, where they sold physical copies of the CD. But, it is now available for purchase on iTunes! They have added more songs to the album for iTunes.

The song has a psychedelic feel, although it is disappointing Haley doesn’t sing any actual lyrics on this song, she does more of a backtrack vocal towards the end. She still sounds really amazing regardless, and her voice is an absolute perfect fit for the song.

Support Haley and her fellow Chicago natives and go buy it on iTunes here!

Hotel Cafe Show August 3rd In Hollywood California

Haley Reinhart, Mark Ballas, Dylan Chambers & BC Jean will be playing a show together at the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood, Sunday August 3rd. We just recently got to witness Haley, Mark, and Dylan along with Casey Abrams put on a fantastic show at the Room 5 Lounge a few weeks back in June.

For unknown reasons, Casey isn’t going to be there performing this time around. Taking his place is Mark Ballas’ girlfriend, singer/songwriter BC Jean. The show is listed as a 4 hour set, from 8pm-12am! You can purchase tickets to the show online here.

If you’re thinking about attending, be sure to buy your tickets ASAP, because their last show at Room 5 ended up selling out!

Haley hasn’t performed at the Hotel Cafe since November of 2012, in which she performed solo, with guitarist John Notto.

If you want an idea of what this show may be like (minus Casey of course), here’s a video of Haley, Mark, Dylan, BC & Casey performing “Hit The Road Jack” a few weeks ago:

Can’t wait to see what they have in store for us this time!

Fans who contributed to her Indiegogo campaign which made the music video possible received an E-mail today with a free download of the song!

Haley also verified that the music video AND iTunes release for the song is Wednesday, July 30th!

The song sounds amazing, funky, and totally Haleyfied. For those who didn’t donate to her campaign on Indiegogo, you will be able to buy the song on iTunes the same day the music video drops.

-Perk Update-

Haley had also mentioned in the E-mail that all of the hand written lyrics and signed Listen Up! CD’s have been mailed out, for those who donated to receive those perks. Also, Haley tells those who had chosen to receive the “Social Media Shout Out” perk to please send a comment and specify what your Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram name is, so that she can give a you a big ol’ thank you!

What a pleasant surprise to receive this afternoon. Start your countdown!

Haley Reinhart, Casey Abrams & Company Take It To The Streets!

BrayvfDCIAA2ZD-

I had the pleasure of attending this sold out show at the Room 5 Lounge in Hollywood California, this past Wednesday, June 25th 2014. I’ve attended a couple of shows at this venue in the past, and let me say that it is ALWAYS a good time. It’s a small intimate place, which makes it that much better. It was a sold out show, making it a little crowded in there, leaving not many places for people to sit. Regardless, I think everyone enjoyed the music we got to endure for the night.

Dylan Chambers, Mark Ballas, Haley Reinhart & Casey Abrams performed a 2 hour set, from 8-10pm. Dylan Chambers took the stage first, and started out the show on the right foot! Then it was Haley’s turn. It was a surprise for Haley to see her main keyboardist Keith Phelps at the show, he was in town visiting and she had no idea he was coming. She asked him to help out for a few songs since he was there, which of course he did! Haley sang a few of her originals, and even spoiled us with some new covers like “Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay” and “Gee Baby, Ain’t I Good To You”. Her voice sounded absolutely incredible, I think it’s sounding the best we’ve ever heard! Mark Ballas then took the stage and rocked out, he did an awesome job showing off his musical talents, including shredding on the guitar! Casey was last to go on, he entertained the crowd with some covers and originals, and of course invited Haley back onto the stage to sing his song “Stuck In London” together. That lead to them giving us an awesome 1 minute preview of Haley’s new song for her upcoming music video “Show Me Your Moves” which I’ve previously posted here.

The 4 of them all have great chemistry performing together. The show was a lot of fun, and it was sad that it had come to an end… But wait! There’s more! Dylan, Mark, Haley & Casey decided to take the show to the streets! A crowd had formed around the 4 of them on the sidewalk right outside of the Room 5 Lounge, and they put on almost another hour’s worth of a show for us. We got to hear covers of some Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, Sam Smith, and more! People in the crowd were filming, dancing, and singing along, making enough of an impact for the cars driving by to slow down and stop, to try and see exactly what the hell was causing all this ruckus on the sidewalk close to midnight on a weekday.

The night was a blast, it was truly a one of a kind show that I was lucky enough to see. From the show inside, to the show outside, they all performed their hearts out and gave all of us who were there some great memories. This might only be the start of many more shows to come from these 4, we shall see what the future holds!

There were many amazing videos filmed from this night by multiple people, if you have yet to see any of them, please, check them out! You won’t regret it!

Haley Reinhart sings “Show Me Your Moves”!

Well, at least a minute of it!

Haley Reinhart and Casey Abrams were on stage last night at the Room 5 Lounge in Hollywood California when the music video was brought up. Everyone in the audience started cheering for Haley to sing it. Casey was in the music video, so he already knew the lyrics, and how to play it. So then, the magic happened!

Enjoy this teaser Haley gave us of her new song, “Show Me Your Moves”!

Room 5 Lounge Show June 25th in Hollywood California

Screen Shot 2014-06-18 at 2.33.23 PM

Recently Haley has been jamming out with some new friends Mark Ballas (you may have seen him on Dancing with the Stars) and Dylan Chambers, along with Haley’s trusty sidekick Casey Abrams. Mark and Dylan are both singer/songwriters just like Haley herself. We’re not really sure how this new matchup was formed, but it’s definitely a great thing for Haley. Mark Ballas is currently dating BC Jean, another singer/songwriter who wrote Beyonce’s “If I Were a Boy”. Hey, the more connections, the better!

Mark, Dylan, Haley and Casey have played a few gigs together these last few weeks at the Crustacean in Beverly Hills, and also just recently at a resort in Palm Springs. These shows haven’t really been seen by the general public. But, now there’s an opportunity for us folks to witness these four together first hand!

Wednesday June 25th, Mark Ballas, Dylan Chambers, Casey Abrams and Haley Reinhart will be playing at the Room 5 Lounge in Hollywood California. We’ve seen Haley and Casey play at Room 5 many times now, but this upcoming show will be bigger, and better!

You have to purchase tickets to attend, they are $10 each. It’s a 21 and over show, and is listed on Room 5’s website as a 2 hour show, from 8-10pm. With these four awesomely talented artists joining forces, this show is bound to be packed. Make sure you get there early!

It should be a great night, I am very excited to see what this new “group” has been doing! We are all in for a treat I am sure.

Haley’s Indiegogo Perks Update

Many fans all over the country who contributed to Haley’s Indiegogo campaign to help fund her new music video have started receiving their perks in the mail!

Haley sent out the hand written lyrics to “Show Me Your Moves” first, to the 129 people who each donated $30 for the perk. Lots of happy and excited Haliens have been posting pictures of their lyrics, each of which had something a little different & unique about them. Also, with Haley being the charming young lady that she is, she sealed each letter with a kiss, literally!

Now that the hand written lyrics have been sent out, there are some more goodies that still await!

Haley confirmed what we should be expecting in our mailboxes next on Twitter:

An upset fan had tweeted her that he hadn’t received his perk yet (patience is a virtue, folks!). The perk he is waiting for is a signed copy of her first album, “Listen Up!”. She says not to worry, that it is coming soon!

Next, she was asked when we will receive the free mp3 download of the song. This was a $5 perk, added towards the end of the campaign. It was also generously gifted to those who had already donated previously.

Initially, it was supposed to be sent out before the music video was filmed, but unfortunately that changed for unknown reasons.

Another perk option was the new autographed photo, in which 87 people had donated to receive. Haley states that she is waiting for the photos to finish being printed so that she can start working on them.

As for everything else, the $1,000 “be in the video” perk was obviously fulfilled on Tuesday May 27th, when the music video was filmed. We have yet to hear word on when to expect the other remaining perks, such as the social media shout outs, and the special thank you videos. This is a lot of hard work, and I am sure completing everything is going to take some time. I for one, am very grateful for Haley taking the time to do all of these wonderful things for us, as I am sure she is very grateful for everyone helping her reach beyond the goal for her music video.

Lots of fun and exciting stuff coming up in the near future for us dedicated fans who have stuck around through thick and thin!

Show Me Your Moves Music Video Sneak Peeks

Today is the day! Haley is out in the hot hot heat of the Mojave desert filming her music video for her new song “Show Me Your Moves”. There are some very lucky fans on set, who each paid $1,000 to be extras in the music video which was a perk that she offered on her crowd funding campaign.

We’ve gotten some awesome sneak peeks courtesy of @HaleysTusk on Twitter who is one the fans at the shoot today!

They aren’t allowed to say or post much about the music video, so this is all that we’ve got…for now!

Haley in the morning before heading to the music video location.

The first glimpse we got to see of Haley’s music video wardrobe.

Tusk has told me that the song is “Funky as hell, lots of sizzle and attitude :)”. The video is projected to be out in hopefully around 5-6 weeks.

Show us your moves, Haley!

Listen To “Love Not War” Featuring Haley Reinhart

A song titled “Love Not War” featuring Haley Reinhart was recently found by a Halien on Scotty Hills’ Soundcloud profile. Turns out the song has been on there for over 5 months! The song was written by Scotty Hills, Haley Reinhart, and Augie Ray.

There were a few questions at first, such as: “Were we supposed to find this?”, “Is it a song leak?”, “Why does it say featuring Haley Reinhart?”…etc.

Scotty Hills had noticed the recent spike in play counts (over 700 plays in just one day). He then took it upon himself to tweet some of us who were talking about the song on Twitter and cleared up some things for us:

This is NOT an official release. Scotty said that there in Canada, if the song gets 1000 plays, they get about 10 cents. He then said that the song was only up for his songwriting and production profile. He also had said that technically him and Haley both sing on the song, but that he likes Haley’s voice better than his own.

Lastly, he tweeted: “Cool, and thank you. Keep listening and sharing…maybe we’ll do a release and bring it from the graveyard

So give this awesome song a listen! The lyrics are amazing, and so is the message behind them. Haley’s voice sounds absolutely fantastic on the track. Make sure you keep pressing play and listening to it on his Soundcloud profile as often as you can, and share it with your friends! (The track has since then been deleted. But, someone put it on YouTube if you’d still like to have a listen)
